TMR1202H is a bipolar magnetic switch developed for high sensitivity, high speed, low power consumption, high frequency response and high precision applications by integrating tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) sensor and CMOS technology.

TMR1202H adopts TMR magnetic sensor and CMOS integrated circuit, including voltage generator, comparator, Schmitt trigger and CMOS output circuit, which can convert the changing magnetic field signal into digital voltage signal output.

TMR1202H provides temperature compensated power supply through internal voltage regulator and allows wide operating voltage range.

TMR1202H is an ideal choice for many low power and high performance applications with low voltage operation, 1 micro ampere supply current, high response frequency, wide operating temperature range and excellent anti-external magnetic interference characteristics.

TMR1202H adopts two package forms: SOT23-3 package and TO-92S, and the corresponding product models are TMR1202HS and TMR1202HT respectively.
