HS124 is a high-frequency, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall switch sensor device that can directly replace traditional reed switches. It is particularly suitable for portable electronic products that use battery power, such as mobile phones, brushless motors, notebook computers, PDAs, etc.

The internal circuit of HS124 includes Hall film, voltage regulator module, signal amplification and processing module, dynamic offset elimination module and CMOS output stage. Since HS124 uses advanced Bi-CMOS technology and the overall optimized circuit structure, the product can obtain extremely low input error feedback.
